We are seeking a motivated, community-focused Executive Director to lead the organization’s next chapter of growth and impact.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, flexible schedule) responsible for strategic leadership, operational management, and community engagement.
Primary Responsibilities:
Compensation is $𝟐𝟓–$𝟑𝟎 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫, based on education and/or experience. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, financial stewardship, and a passion for environmental impact at the local level.

- Public speaking and community outreach
- Event planning and coordination
- Volunteer recruitment and management
- Budget oversight and bookkeeping
- Partnership development
- Working closely with the Board of Directors
